Can I use Datumly without an account?
Yes. Every endpoint works with no key at up to 1,000 rows per request. An account adds keys, quota tracking, and a much higher monthly volume — it never removes anything.
What counts as a row?
Every record an API response returns. Previewing data in the browser and exporting from the schema builder are always free and unlimited.
Is the data really identical between runs?
Yes — pin a seed and date window and every request returns byte-identical rows, on any machine, forever. That's the whole point, on every plan.
Do my seeds change if I upgrade?
No. Seeds produce the same data on every plan. Upgrading only raises how many rows you can pull per request and per month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, self-serve, in the billing portal linked from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period — we only drop you to Hobby when that period expires.
How do I get support on Pro?
